Limited Budget Marketing 101:
Pull Tab Marketing
WHY?
You want to find buyers but have a limited budget.
WHO?
Singles thinking of buying a condo.
WHEN?
Now! Set aside a morning (if you don't have any buyers, do it now) and focus
on this project only.
HOW?
Create an eye catching letter size poster (as example above), lots of color.
When you're happy with the final proof save it to a floppy or CD and take it to
a Kinko, Staples, Office Depot, etc. Have them print 25 copies on a good colored
stock that will stand out. Borrow a pair of scissors and cut between the pull
tabs.
WHERE?
Hit the road and find those bulletin boards where singles hang out. You may
need to seek permission to post your poster on the notice bulletin board. Take
advantage of this opportunity and build a relationship.
You will find bulletin boards in:
Gyms and singles club
Golf courses
Rowing & paddling clubs
Local grocery stores
Libraries
Community recreation centers
Rental apartment buildings
Turn key office rental complexes
