If you are a mortgage specialist/loan officer ask one
of your realtor associates if you can use one of their listing. If you are a
realtor use one of your listing or borrow a listing from a realtor
associate.
WHY?
You want to find 1st time buyers but you have a limited budget.
WHO?
1st time buyers thinking of buying their 1st home.
WHEN?
Now! Set aside a morning (if you don't have any buyers, do it now) and focus
on this project only.
HOW?
Create an eye catching letter size poster (as example above), lots of color.
When you're happy with the final proof save it to a floppy or CD and take it to
a Kinko, Staples, Office Depot, etc. Have them print 25 copies on a good colored
stock that will stand out. Borrow a pair of scissors and cut between the pull
tabs.
WHERE?
Hit the road and find those bulletin boards where 1st time buyers hang out. You may
need to seek permission to post your poster on the notice bulletin board. Take
advantage of this opportunity and build a relationship.
